I would think they'd be considered essential, but who knows these days. I need a key cut, but just wondered if anyone knew if they were open. Thanks

HalloRe locksmiths, try Cobblers of Putney just by the estate agents on the corner of Putney Hill and Upper Richmond Road. They also cut keys and indeed fit batteries to watches etc!!
