I'm ambivalent on whether it's attractive; it's certainly distinctive and at least its not another grey, square monolith.
I think in these days of satellite surveillance the ideas of a top secret building or installation is archaic. Wasn't the very existence of MI5, MI6, etc originally supposed to be secret? Now their heads make public statements ... and the internet makes a mockery of government secrets - and super injunctions 🙂
Not top secret really. Or, a very top secret known by all!I still find the building unattractive though, distinctive yes, but not attractive.
