Low traffic neighbourhood

So I drive from my house and turn onto westleigh avenue and onto Genoa. No entry signs...computer says no...cars driving round in weird circles wondering what to do next as we all know Putney Hill to the high street is a complete mare...sigh.  Anyhoo most people drove through it while clearly having mini rants in their car.  Hope they’re not ticketing yet. I have had nothing...no email, no flyer, nothing. How can they consult AFTER the event?

Thank you Philippa for a breath of fresh air and sense. Consultation before the event is often useless because no one knows how new arrangements will work out in practice. Much better to have a trial and see what it looks like: then consultation can take place on the reality rather than on a theory.

I can't sign a petition stating that Dover House Road is not a rat run. The petition is clearly anti-DHERA.

Isn't a lot of the problem that people cope worse with the idea of any change and so fight against it rather than they do with change itself.  Hence trials to see how things pan out.
