TV license scam

Just forwarded to report@phishing.gov.uk an email telling me my TV license expired July 28. Can't remember what it wanted me to do as I deleted it without bothering to read it, but it's obviously the latest scam. No doubt there will be more.The legitimate TV licensing website explains they'll be writing to the over 75s not entitled to a free license in August.

Just got the same. As  mine renewed quite recently end April I realised immediately it was a scam. Others might not be so lucky.
