E scooter

Just had a narrow miss with e-scooter male rider on pavement at crossing outside Metro Bank, should be banned from using pavements

Yes Emma, that is a trial (6 or 12 months) for rental companies only not the personal ones that most people have.Personal ones are still illegal on both public pavements and roads.No plans for change there, perhaps a few more years, no need to rush I assume when those that make decisions are so far removed from using ordinary transport.
