Fleur Anderson failure to respond
I emailed Fleur Anderson more than a week ago about a change to planning laws that may affect a large people who own leaseholds in the many purpose built blocks in our constituency, asking her to support an early day motion in Parliament. I thought this was an issue that might be of strong interest to a new labour MP, given it involves exploitation of ordinary working people by wealthy vested interests. But no reply so far, and the second issue on which she has failed to show any interest.Has anyone else had experience of this lack of interest? Justine, for all her faults, was always helpful, and before that Tony Colman. There is an analysis of the issue here https://www.leaseholdknowledge.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/LKPanalysisTwoStoreySI.pdf, but in a nutshell, the proposal hands an enormous windfall to landlords, many of whom own shadowy companies domiciled overseas, and a considerable detriment to leaseholders who will have their property developed without their consent and without compensation.
