Anyone else in Putney having problems with O2?

I've not been able to connect to 4G since this morning.  I've tried the network checker, turning my device on and off (several times) , calling them, using their online chat; but I just keep going around in circles; it is impossible to speak or communicate with a human.Is anyone in the area having the same issue?  Just trying to figure out if it is just me or if it is a general problem.Thanks

Thanks everyone for replying.  Since I posted the original message it started working and I got a text from O2 to say they have fixed my network issue  :)Still no idea what was wrong and how it was fixed but at least it is working again!

I suppose that's the equivalent of removing and reinserting the battery to do a hard reset on a phone that doesn't have a removable battery?! 🙂

I had a text a week or so ago to say that O2 have ceased their relationship with Carphone Warehouse, where I bought my iPhone and signed on to O2.I've since had a couple of missed calls from O2, so not sure what's going on?

I have the occasional problem with 02, the only way I can reconnect to the network is to let the battery go completely flat (I leave the torch on) then when I put it on a charge and it reboots...hey presto, it finds the network, this was suggested to me by O2, its far from from ideal but easier than me trying to get O2 to admit its a problem with their hardware, software or network!

Just tested (East Putney) and I seem to be able to pull down web pages and receive emails via O2 4G
