well i hope the people who couldnt wait to condemn the trouble at the BLM march last week will be equally vocal about the right-wingers doing the same today?

Listening to a BBC report they did seem to be interested in explaining what they we protesting about. One did say it was about protecting British hostory, although that didn't really explain why someone appoarently put an English flag on Churchill's statue. Some of them seem to need refresher courses in History and Geography? The report indicated most of those "protecting" the statues belonged to a group called the "Football Lads Association". Sounds like some football hooligans looking for somewhere to get pissed and have a good punch-up while the football grounds are closed?

I see there's a photo doing the rounds of a man urinating next the the memorial of PC Keith Palmer, the officer who was stabbed to death during the Westminster Bridge terrorist attack in 2017.Still oddly quiet on the forum isnt it?

Well, there's been a half-hearted complaint from you-know-who, Matt: "There are plenty of white and black brain-dead hooligans just out to cause trouble at these demonstrations.  Not the right way to unite people."Interesting that when some extremists attacked the police and defaced the Churchill statue earlier in the week, their actions were used to condemn the whole march; now it just seems to happen at any protest. Not exactly consistent.
