Just announced 'Nigel Farage’s contract with LBC is up very shortly and, following discussions with him, Nigel is stepping down from LBC with immediate effect.'Not before time.

Oh yes Matt Frei is very easy to listen to. I like Clive Ball as well and his legal experts are very interesting, fantastic free legal advice on matters such as consumer rights, employment issues and divorce.

Farage: good riddance to this would-be shock jock and rabble rousing publicity junkie O’Brien: don’t like his hectoring style and know-all putdowns of the folk who bother to phone in. I gave up on him a long time ago. Eddie Mair is OK and so Putney’s very own Matt Frei. It’s all a matter of taste.

@BunnyO'Brien! I always turn LBC off at 10am as soon as he starts droning on. Not keen on Shelagh Fogarty and Eddie Mair either so they often get the chop now too. Now that NF is gone that only leaves Iain Dale in the evening. If I'm awake really early I love Steve Allen, how does he get away with some of the things he says!?
I do not agree with his politics but I find Ian Dale probably the best.

I find James O'Brien the worst case of passive-aggressive I've ever heard, can't bear to listen to him.

apparently at the end of last nights show he still said 'see you tomorrow' so def a rush job.i gather they had to mute his mic after he made some outrageous comments on This Morning the other day.

I used to listen to Ken & David - I thought they were a good combination with balance and experience.I haven't found any of the rest worth my time.
Great News but not that I wouldn't listen to him. Unfortunately I do hear Nick Ferrari (who should also do one) for a few minutes before listening to James O'Brien, who is a class act...
