My comment abiut statuyes was a bit tongue in cheek 🙂 Unfortunately, in postings like this, as with other social media and email, it's often difficult to convey the nuisances and subtleties that one can in face-to-face conversations, or even over the phone - perhaps why people use emojis? About 20 years ago I seemed to spend a lot of my time mediating between my technical teams where someone had made an inadvertent comment in a long email thread that upset someone - picking up the phone usually resolved it in a few minutes!
