What's happened to the weather ...

There are some nights when I pace around and cannot sleep, 9/10 I look out of the window and oh! a full moon, should have known.I knew someone who was a nurse/warden (because that's what they are) at Broadmoor Hospital.  He told me they double up at full moon time as the patients are much more disturbed and restless, hence the term lunatic.

As life apparently started in the sea who knows what's lurking somewhere in genes from way back ...Some things can be incidental. Earthquakes are caused by tectonic plate shifts. However, there was an theory rumoured that the moon mighgt cause earthquakes. Some research was done and apparently there is a small increase in earthquakes corresponding to high tides - the explanation is that the pressures has already built up in the fault line from the tectonic movement and it's probably just the weight of the water from the high tide that cause the plates to start slipping. So the moon doesn't cause the quake, it just triggers it. Who knows if there are other examples of phenomena like that?

The moon last night was magnificent!!  It was so bright and lovely — a moon that surprisingly leads us all to argue!!!  :-) :-) :-) If the full moon can influence tides, my goodness, does it not influence us?  I am not a druid!
