Council Tax Phone Payment
Trying to pay an instalment of our Council Tax using a Debit or Credit Card on 0800 021 7763, but not able to do so.
You get through and get a short message about how to pay and having a pen ready to write down a reference and then it cuts off. This has happened to me before but usually when I retry I get through. Today, it has happened twice, no luck at all.
