I like dogs, well, most of them. But irresponsible owners who don’t pick up after their dogs, or, possibly worse, leave the poo bags on the footpath or chuck them over the nearest fence, really need to take a long hard look at themselves. And the council needs to beef up its mythical dog patrols. Byelaws don’t always enforce themselves.
