Russian sleeper
I might as well join all the fantasists. Dom spent some years in Russia working there. Perhaps he was enticed into becoming a Russian sleeper? If so he is having a better effect with Covid repercussions than the Salisbury Novachek ( sorry if I got the spelling wrong )
