Health Hazard from Putney Exchange

There is a real fly infestation on the west side of Putney Exchange.  After initially denying it,  Anne Partridge at Putney Exchange has admitted that they are having refuse issues.  The story we have is that the bins have not been emptied for months and no one can go near them, they’re so horrid.  They don’t want to/won’t pay the £3k to have them emptied (although they give a different story).Well that is one of meeting one's corporate, social responsibility charter.  The management, as in Partridge, of the Exchange is a disgrace.

That is exactly the point I was making - instead of mouthing platitudes the members of Positively Putney should be "minding their own businesses"  - in the case of Putney Exchange that would surely be prioritizing a healthy environment and having their rubbish cleared in a timely fashion, while also respecting the goods delivery laws designed to improve the health of Putney residents. But then the hedge fund owners of Putney Exchange, Blackrock probably do not live here.And why has no one from Putney Exchange or Positively Putney  bothered to respond on here?

Timothy what has that got to do with the smell and flies. If the rubbish stinks do something about it. Have some respect for the people who can smell it.

Shurly shome mistake! Not Anne Partridge of POSITIVELY PUTNEY!!!! Positively Putney needs to look into this and stop wasting money on tatty shuttering. Maybe oblige their members to respect the parking laws and the rights of Putney citizens and stop breaking the law by taking deliveries during banned daytime hours.From PP-"Anne is the manager for the Putney Exchange shopping centre and has sat on the Putney Partnership Board for fifteen years. She helped get the positive ballot vote by actively encouraging the shopping centre tenants to vote for it.
