No ULEZ and Congestion Charge for Three More Weeks

This is published in PutneySW15's home page.  But I cannot find any similar information from other sources.  Most indicate they will be reinstated on 18 May.  Very confusing!

Andy, I was amused that the signs on benches in the commoin said keep 2 metres (6 feet, 6 inches) apart - did the conversion need to be that exact? A bit of rounding - 6½ feet or even 6 feet  - would seem sufficient in the circumstances unless one's carrying a ruler on one's exercise walk?

Yes, Barbara, that is my point. The title of the PutneySW15 clearly states "No ULEZ and Congestion Charge for three more weeks".  It is not correct and/or it is misleading. Both charges will apply as from tomorrow, at the pre-coronavirus level. On 22 June 2020 the increased charges and extended hours will apply.  Please see the link above to the BBC article.   Also, Freddie Francis' link to the article of the Money Saving Expert, which explains it clearly. Thank you.

Yes, Barbara, but the title and the article are confusing. The Congestion Charge and the Low Emissions Charge have not been extended for another three weeks, as the article leads you to believe. They will be reintroduced tomorrow, 18 May.  The increased charges (and extended hours) will not come into effect until 22 June.

Just saw this on the BBC website.  It is being reintroduced on 22 June and will operate from 07:00 to 22:00 seven days a week.
