Sony tv

Does anyone know someone knowledgeable on Sony tv who could help me with a problem with my fairly new tv. I’m in my 80s and can’t get my apps!!

Have you solved your app problem yet.  If not ring up the Sony help line which is what I always do when I have a problem or goggle:Apps might disappear from your Sony Smart TV after a reset, a system update, or just after the purchase because of the content changes....2. Refresh the Internet ContentPress the Home button on your remote control.Now go to Settings > System Settings.Choose Set-up and then Network.Select Refresh Internet Content.

Could you share the model number?  I don’t have a Sony, panasonic remotes have an app button, but can check yours online if you know the model?I tend not to use, as I use chromecast or fire stick from an iPad which might be an easier option if you have one?
