There is no tape on the benches in Wandsworth Park, or on the parks in Hammersmith and Fulham. Yesterday I saw numerous Londoners sitting on benches, Met police walking past them and completely ignoring them. People understand the guidance on how to behave. No one make them sit on the benches.
