Spencer Arms

Went past this afternoon and ply wood sheets covering all the windows, is this shutting down or just making sure nobody breaks in.  Also as you continue down Mill Hill into Barnes by the Church the restaurant also is boarded up.

Many places across London are boarding up for safety and security, now that most realise that the closure may be for months.  Let's hope most will re-open when the good times return. At least some construction workers are getting new jobs!

Sad to hear that the Prince of Wales has closed for good.  Many happy memories of ‘numerous lost’ Sundays there.
