Marie, we're registered with them, on age grounds, not underlying conditions; I don't know how they knew the ages (perhaps when I registered our Nectar cards?) but anyway, I've had no problem getting a delivery slot, so I'm sure they'll sort you out soon. They are struggling with overwhelming demand but, in my view, are actually doing rather well. Waitrose, on the other hand, seem much less efficient.An alternative: do you have anyone in your street who can shop for you? And Nextdoor (https://nextdoor.co.uk/news_feed/) is good, if you look at right-hand side of their page once you've registered with them, there's a Help map; click on View map to see who in your particular area is offering assistance.Hope this helps!
