Utterly unpredictable and unstable in all dimensions. In combat, anyway. Take-offs and landings might be less good.

It going to depend on the testing.They have ramped it up in the US but they still need more.Birx is going to look at the data so far and put her recommendation to Trump.I hope all is published.I assume based on that and a massive increase in testing going forward, together with the China experience, they will come up with some plan or a timetable so people can see light at the end of the tunnel.Until then stay safe and ignore a deep voice calling you to light, unless you breakdown on the tube of course :)

David. Addressing your comment directly: modern fighter pilots are an expensively trained resource (in both time and money) with very specialised skills. They are nor easily replaced, so their loss is to be avoided. I'll leave people to draw their own conclusions ...

Kamikaze pilot maybe. The US is heading for a catastrophe the way he wants to go. The states, especially NY and California, are doing all they can to head him and the virus off.  He is being dangerously reckless.

As a US friend of mine said today, Trump uses only one measurement, the NYSE index and it's not doing what he wants. I believe he latched onto a phrase used by someone on  Fox News - his trusted source of information: the cure cannot bed worse than the problem. He can't grasp he's not in control; SARS-CoV-2 is calling the shots. Unfortunately, he doesn't understand and hence doesn't trust the science or scientists. Personally, I think he's in denial, sadly that won't help the NYSE index or the heath of the US people ...
