Online sales

Two of my boot sale friends are reporting a real drop in online sales (books etc) in the last few days. "Sheet music sales have dropped off a cliff".I had rather hoped that there might be a rise in sales if anything. This may be a short term drop, as people are thinking of other things and making important adjustments in this period of flux.

A lot of us are sure to be in the vulnerable categories and will have been trying to put our affairs in order to make things easier for everyone in the next few months.  This has also led me to thinking of the jobs we need to do at home.  We had a local plumber in to mend a leaking tap with no safety turn off valve in case life got worse and it got worse today.Apart from the house and garden and the mending and fixing etc there is the family tree and I was casually surfing for the books of northern historian Richard Ainsworth and found a thread on a lost Ainsworth family and then thought of you. Thanks for "solipsist" it made my morning.  It reminded me of the days I had time to read a new definition every morning on my PC.
