Although it did occur to me that that Trump is further into the age danger zone than I am, so perhaps he'll drop the "it's a Democrat hoax" line and follow the experts; I wonder if he'll still be shaking hands - will he follow Johnson's cavalier attitude of shaking hands in a hospital?

What is the betting he will never be seen again on TV at least?  Trump is in serious, pathetic, dangerous denial that this can be sorted just because he wants it to go away in an election year. It’s those damned experts again, ruining everything!

Good point, Bunny. It's easy to forget those on the ground who do the real, difficult work - and, I bet, are taken for granted?

Give a thought to the Community Nurses of Wiltshire who my sister oversees, who have to go out every day in their protection of masks and gloves, to test those in the community suspected of having coronavirus and not being allowed to the doctors surgery.I'm sure this is going on all over the country, brave girls and boys, literally on the front line.

Or perhaps it's a reminder that viruses mutate all the time and a 'new' one will occasionally blindside the medical profession until an effective vaccine is produced.
