Dog / Puppy training classes

Hi everyoneI wondered if anyone knew of puppy or dog training classes that were being run in and around (or close to) Putney?We are new owners of a 5 month old Griffon and this little chap definitely needs some socialisation and training.I've had a Google around, but don't seem to be getting too far, so any suggestions would be great!Thanks

A friend's son used something called Doggy Day Care which I think is in East Putney. He took his border terrier puppy there for socialisation etc. Sadly my friend died last year so I can't ask for more details.

Bring him out on the lead to Putney Common, loads of dog walkers, he can sniff and get socialised as much as he likes.  The doggy owners round here are very kind and social, they won't mind a bit of bad behaviour, as long as he's on a lead, good luck!

Hello Matthew,I do not know of anyone doing puppy training. I remember a few months ago a lady posting on PutneySW15 saying she had just moved into the area and she was dog walking.  Do not know if this helps.Another idea is perhaps a vet would have this information at hand?  I can recommend Stone Lions in Wimbledon and am sure they must have information on puppy training classes.  Good luck!
